Ms Dr Farwa Rafaq is a DHA licensed Clinical Psychologist with a deep commitment to improving mental health and well-being. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology at the Lahore College for Women University and her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at the Riphah International University, Islamabad Pakistan. She is also a certified ABA therapist and a member of the QABA Board and American Psychological Association and Pakistan Psychological Association.With 11 years of experience in both clinical practice and research, Ms Farwa Rafaq specializes in helping individuals manage a range of psychological challenges, including ADHD, Autism, Learning Difficulties, anxiety, depression and relationship difficulties. Using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as ABA Therapy, Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Reiki Healing and mindfulness-based interventions, Ms Farwa works collaboratively with clients to foster emotional resilience, personal growth, and lasting positive change. With a compassionate and client-centred approach, Ms Farwa’s first priority is counselling with parents and she have done parents training programs which are published.

Ms Dr Farwa has worked in diverse settings, including private practice, hospitals, and community mental health centre’s, and is dedicated to promoting mental wellness across all stages of life.
