Unzila Aftab is a DHA-licensed Clinical Psychologist with over five years of clinical experience, providing therapy through both in-person sessions and secure telehealth services. She works with adolescents and adults facing a wide range of emotional and psychological concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, OCD, emotional dysregulation, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions.
